Why we introduced it

Soul fans are collectors at heart, and collectors have questions: release dates, formats, artist histories, gig dates and back-catalogue discoveries. Previously, finding those answers meant searching the site yourself or getting in touch and waiting for a reply.

Concierge closes that gap. It is available whenever a question occurs to you, whether that is midday or two in the morning after a late-night journey through the Expansion back catalogue.

For us, it also means fewer routine enquiries reaching the inbox and more time for the things that genuinely need a human touch, from licensing queries to bespoke orders.

How it works

Concierge sits alongside the site rather than replacing any part of it. Nothing about the design, the shop or the way you browse has changed. It simply gives you another route in: select the button, then type or speak, and Concierge will respond conversationally in plain language based on content we have already published.
