The debut single 'Listen to me' was playlisted in Italy before release! Who
is Phillippe and what is he all about? Where is he from and where is he going?

The UK has enjoyed many pioneering artists in the past but very few have been
able to boast full production credits on their debut album. Phillippe has been
likened to Omar and Phillippe says of this:

'It is an honour to be respected so early on in my musical career. Omar is
the UK don where ground breaking soul is concerned. I have taken a leaf from
his book and decided to keep away from the R & B wars that are happening
in the industry and concentrate on developing a more classic sound." It
is interesting when I hear people mention Omar but no one ever mentions Stevie!

Phillippe has spent the last year playing class venues in London, The Jazz
Cafe, Sound Republic, Mezzo's and played his first outdoor festivals in the
summer at 'Marlow 99' and 'Jazz on the Green' In Fulham of which Touch magazine
had to say..
