Profile
Jazz FM’s first release for 2010 is a commemorative 30th Anniversary celebration of “Soul Cellar”, the radio show presented by London’s now legendary soul DJ Peter Young. This 2CD, 30 track selection has been hand picked by Peter who launched the show one bank holiday on Capital Radio and presents the show to this day on Jazz FM, the station now celebrating it’s first year back in business with over 400,000 listeners. “Soul Cellar” by nature revisits the golden decades of soul, primarily the 60s and 70s but also some hard to find in demand gems from the 80s with the same timeless quality in the music. |
